"In a dream you saw a way to survive and you were full of joy." Jenny Holzer

I practice psychodynamic psychotherapy, an insight-oriented, open-ended approach that explores both present challenges and past experiences.  I work to provide a compassionate and thoughtful space where we can examine how past experiences and current challenges or difficulties shape patterns within us, often outside of our awareness. I believe everyone has blindspots, and it can help to have a different perspective.
I work in a holistic way, paying attention to the details of your day-to-day life and experiences, and your history.

Psychotherapy typically consists of once or twice a week sessions.  Consistent meetings create the space for a healing conversation to develop.  Engaging in this type of deep self-exploration may at times be both overwhelming and unsettling, as it requires confronting complex emotions and thought patterns. However, with perseverance and patience, this process can be incredibly gratifying and rewarding.  It can lead to meaningful growth, strengthen interpersonal connections and bonds, and foster a greater sense of authenticity and agency.
